The USA is closely tracking an unprecedented direct military cooperation between Russia and North Korea.
- There's currently 10,000 North Korean troops in Russia, near the border of Ukraine
- NATO has confirmed this
- The USA stated it will not restrict the use of US weapons against these North Korean forces
